Reader's Digest Junk Journal: Vintage 1984 Cover, Blank Pages, Lays Flat for Writing

Vintage Reader's Digest blank journal, ready to embellish or use as it is. The cover is the original book with the complete spine intact. The original book block was replaced with four signatures of smooth brown paper - this is not coffee dyed paper - it's from a roll of brown shelf or utility paper - a little heavier than copy paper. There are 10 sheets in each signature - 160 pages front and back.

There are three card-weight divider pages (part of the journal construction process) that you can use as section dividers, or just embellish them or use them as regular pages.

The signatures are hand-stitched with waxed linen threads and reinforced with fabric on the interior spine. Card stock endpapers are secured to the inside covers. The construction of this journal allows for a flexible spine and the book will lay flat for writing.
