This bundle includes: 
One pound of fabric: 1 Turkish designer sample, 12 x 14 inches; 3 Turkish design samples measuring 9 x 10 and 8 x 10 (2); 2 textured velour samples 9 x 12;  1 embroidered woven 9 x 12; 1 woven 8 x 10; 1 woven 9 x 11.  
 
Also included are 4 offcut strips removed from the top of other samples.  There are 3 at 12 x 2.5 and 1 at 7 x 2.5. These are stitched and have paper backing - make great bellybands or bases for clusters and other ephemera.. I usually leave the paper on these and just cut to size as needed. You can stitch through these with a domestic machine.
 
These are unused, staple-free samples from showroom books. Some pieces will have paper labels adhered to the reverse side - these can be removed:
 
How to Remove Paper Backing:
1.  The paper labels may be removed by applying heat directly with an iron until the glue loosens and the paper can be peeled off. This method will not remove all of the glue so additional washing may be necessary. 
2.  A second method is to soak samples in hot water until paper and glue can be removed (usually just a few minutes) OR
3. If you are using these in junk journals - just leave the paper in place to add stability to the covers.
 
Eco-friendly: These samples were originally headed for the landfill, so upcycle these samples into your unique projects!
